What are Atlassian products?
An Atlassian product is either a software (for instance, Jira Software, JiraServiceDesk, JiraCore, Confluence, Bitbucket, Crowd, Sourcetree) or e-cloud services (for instance, JiraSoftware, JiraServiceDesk, JiraCore, Confluence, Bitbucket, AtlassianAccess, AtlassianCloudAppsand others).

Each product includes the Atlassian technical support for the entire paid period. Depending on the product type, either the AtlassianSoftwareLicenseAgreement or the AtlassianCloudTermsofService apply to the relationship of the parties.

Why doesn’t Toolstrek sell the Atlassian products under a sublicense?
The thing is that Atlassian expressly prohibits any forms of sublicense agreements for the experts. Furthermore, the expert agreement does not provide for the rights to sublicense. The position of Atlassiancan be found below on this page.
Why doesn’t Toolstrek sell the Atlassian products by delivery?
By delivery, only a “shrink-wrap” license can be sold as commodities and materials. As the name implies, this is a box with the software installation kit inside. Atlassiandoes not sell“shrink-wrap” licenses, соnsequently an attemp to interpret the transaction of the product purhase as delivery will be assessed by the regulatory authorities as sublicense agreement, for which we have no rights.
