Our clients had been asking for this for a long time.

«We talk to clients in Telegram, but our CRM is in monday. How do we connect the two?» We heard that question from clients, partners, and teams who had been running on monday for years. There was no ready solution. There were bots, workarounds, and manual copy-paste at 11pm. But no product that simply worked.

We built it. Meet CRM on the go: a Telegram and monday.com integration that links real client conversations to leads, deals, and projects directly inside your workspace.

Why This Is Actually a Problem

B2B teams running on monday.com live in two places at once.

In Telegram: every real conversation. Decision-makers message you directly. Clients drop questions in group chats. Managers agree on terms, confirm deadlines, receive legal feedback. All of it lives there. In monday: the workflow. Leads, boards, tasks, statuses, reports.

Between these two worlds sits a person. Switching tabs, re-reading, retyping. Details get lost. The team has no visibility into what is actually happening on a deal.

This is not a people problem. It is a structural gap between tools.

Why Bots Do Not Work

The obvious solution is a Telegram bot. The client clicks buttons, submits data, the bot writes to the CRM. Clean on a diagram.

In real B2B, it breaks immediately.

No serious decision-maker will negotiate a three-year contract through a bot. Long-term client relationships are built with a real person, not a button labeled «Confirm.» The nuance, the trust, the context that builds over months of conversation cannot be reduced to a bot flow.

CRM on the go works differently. The client keeps messaging you the same way they always have. They never notice anything changed. All the integration happens on your side, inside monday.com.

How It Works

Four steps:

1. Connect your personal Telegram account. Your auth, your control. We only see the chats you explicitly allow.

2. Pick the chats that matter. Direct messages and groups, one by one. Private chats stay private by default.

3. Link a chat to a monday item. A lead, a deal, an account, a contract, a project. One item can have multiple chats linked, for example a separate one with the decision-maker and another with the client team.

4. Read and reply directly from the item. The conversation history shows up next to the deal in monday. Your reply goes from your account, in real Telegram, to a real human.

No copy-paste. No tab switching. No lost context.

Who It Is For

We built this for teams with a specific pain:

B2B sales with long cycles and decision-makers scattered across personal chats. Customer success where renewals depend on relationships and two years of accumulated context. Recruitment and agencies running parallel chats with candidates and clients. Project delivery with a client team group, a separate chat with the sponsor, and status tracked in monday.

It hits especially hard for distributed teams with post-CIS roots that have moved to the EU, UK, Cyprus, UAE, Georgia, or Armenia. The client communication stayed in Telegram. They recognize the pain in about five seconds.

What Comes Next: AI and monday Sidekick

When client conversation history lives in monday next to the deal, it unlocks something that was not possible before.

monday Sidekick can summarize the conversation, extract commitments and follow-ups, flag deadlines that were mentioned three weeks ago, and help a new manager get up to speed during a handoff.

AI can work with what is in the CRM. We give it the fuel.

Beta Is Open

The first wave of beta testing is running now. Around 20 teams, close collaboration, a direct line to our product team. Beta is free. We want feedback more than we want numbers.

If you manage clients in Telegram and run your workflow in monday.com, this is for you.
